Editorial Policy

This journal is a peer-reviewed, open-access academic publication committed to publishing high-quality scholarly research. All submissions are evaluated for originality, academic relevance, methodological rigor, and ethical compliance. The editorial board retains full authority over editorial decisions and publication priorities.

Peer Review Policy

All submitted manuscripts undergo a double-blind peer review process. At least two independent reviewers evaluate each submission. Reviewers are selected based on their expertise and are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest. The final decision rests with the Editor-in-Chief.

Open Access Policy

This journal provides immediate open access to its content on the principle that making research freely available to the public supports a greater global exchange of knowledge. Readers may read, download, copy, distribute, and print articles without prior permission, provided proper citation is given.
